Misha Nayak-Oliver is our Central and South America Team Coordinator and was previously a researcher for the Global Team. She holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Oxford, Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University, and is currently studying for an LLM in International Law at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Misha’s expertise is in international human rights law and international refugee law and her work includes human rights research and monitoring, strategic litigation, advocacy, capacity-building and campaigning. Her recent work includes making submissions to international human rights treaty bodies on matters relating to the torture of migrants and refugees. She currently works for a number of UK-based charities and European NGOs. Misha speaks English, Spanish, and is learning basic Vietnamese.
