who we are meet the team Salim Salamah Salim Salamah is a member of the Asylos Advisory Committee and a Syrian Palestinian activist. He is a former advisor to UN Secretary-General Ban-Ki Moon’s progress study on the implementation of the 2015 UN Security Council Resolution 2250 on Youth, Peace and Security. He completed a Master of Public Policy at University of Oxford - Blavatnik School of Government (2018) with focus on building state’s capabilities especially in the field of education in the context of fragility and protracted crisis. Salim attended Damascus Law School (2009-2012). His earlier legal activism concentrated on shedding a spot light on the issue of statelessness of Syria’s Palestinians in the context of their secondary forced displacement. He lives and works in London.
